Terms of Agreement
The person signing this form accepts total responsibility for full payment and any additional costs that may be incurred in the production of this order under the Terms and Conditions listed below. Payment: 100% of the total price must be sent with the order, unless other terms have been set before hand. Layout & copy: Instructions and mock-ups are welcome but with the understanding that unless camera-ready art work is given, layouts and cropping is at the discretion of 717 Creations. Copy must be clearly typed or written. We cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from ambiguities. After proof is approved and signed, 717 Creations will no longer be responsible for any errors. Company Imprint: All orders will include our company imprint which will be positioned at our discretion. Originals: Whereas every care is taken, 717 Creations shall not have any liability for loss or damage to transparencies, photos, art work, etc. other than for the replacement of the basic tangible materials. Non-Collection of Orders & Originals: Orders or originals not collected by client within 3 months from the date of the order, whether paid for or not, may be disposed of at the discretion of 717 Creations. Preparatory Materials: Preparatory materials includes, but are not limited to, the following color separations: flats, negatives, plates, photostats, art work. 717 Creations may at its own discretion dispose of the preparatory materials after a one year period of time if job material ahs not been in use during that one year period of time. 717 Creations shall not be liable for loss or damage to such materials which are retained and stored only as a gratuitous courtesy to client. Copyright: The client shall obtain all necessary permission to reproduce the art work/photographs and shall totally indemnify 717 Creations and its agents from any claim arising there from. Liability: Whereas every effort is made to meet our anticipated delivery dates, 717 Creations shall have no liability for any damage, incurred costs or loss of income sustained by any client due to delays, for whatever reason, resulting from, by 717 Creations. Adjustments: Alterations to the order must be made within 24 hours after arrival to 717 Creations due to our short turnaround times. Any order to be returned must be in full or no adjustment can be made. In case of printing error, 717 Creations reserves the right to reprint or grant full or partial refund as satisfaction. Matters of dispute will be settled by responsible objective standards of the industry. Photo, make-up, hair & stylists credits are included as a courtesy item only, and will not subject the job to be reprinted in case of error or omission. Cancellation: Any orders cancelled prior to the beginning of printing are subject to a charge of 50% of the total price. If order has already been printed, the full price will be charged. Overage or Shortage: A 5% difference is allowed on all printed goods. Overage and shortage will be handled on a prorate basis only. No employee or agent of 717 Creations may modify or change any of these terms and conditions. All prices are subject to change without notice.
